Everyone at southern maine ortho has been so friendly, patient and kind to me and my child. I appreciate that they speak directly to him, and take the time to answer both of our questions thoroughly. We are so impressed with our experience so far!

This is my second time around getting braces–well, invisalign– and my 3rd Orthodontics office since I was a teen. I have never had such a great experience as I have with SMO and Dr. Murphy. Everyone takes their time to explain things thoroughly and treats every patient so well. I have full confidence moving forward with my Invisalign journey thanks to everyone at SMO.

I would recommend Southern Maine Orthodontics to everyone! I was a bit hesitant coming in for orthodontic work as an adult, but Dr. Murphy and his team made the whole process easy and natural from start to finish. I am so happy with the results!
I would also recommend this practice for families. They have an extensive reward system and contests throughout year, held a drive-in movie night, and go above and beyond to make kids feel special when getting off their braces. -
The 3D impressions were awesome! This technology took so much anxiety out of the process.
What I tell my friends about this practice is how GREAT the whole staff is with kids. They explain everything before they do it, which helps both patient and parent! Courteous, respectful and very professional staff!

This is an excellent orthodontist experience. This office has the complete package. From Dr. Howard to the office staff one couldn't ask for more. Very informative, polite, and kid friendly. Don't remember my orthodontist experience being anything like that! Thank you for making our experience a wonderful one. Certainly can't imagine going anywhere else for my child's orthodontics. Would recommend them to anyone.

It is a great place to be, they are so friendly and make coming fun and enjoyable. It is so cool how you earn points and get to play games while you wait. Aside from the staff the best part is the finger scan because its so high tech and you just pop write up.
